Vox Conqueror rig ... one of the few available for sale ...The head: Grill cloth renewed with original Vox Black Diamond fabric, voltage selector have been replaced at some point but in perfectly working order, original power lead was missing so a new heavy duty 2,2 m cable installed.Unit tested on 220 and 110 volts, working flawlessly. Original Vox handle installed in place of the missing one.Preamp stage is in excellent cosmetic condition, some rusting on power section chasis (common occurance on these amps); cleaned and covered with clear-coat to prevent further rusting.Knobs (all original) are probably glued in place by a previous owner, they were very hard to remove so we decided to leave them as is; all point to correct decimals, so this can be considered a minor cosmetic flaw.All inputs are in working order, all effetcs (tremolo, reverb, distortion) functional, reverb tank suspension rubbers are renewed.Cabinet: In very good functional state; grill cloth is replaced with original Vox Black Diamond fabric. Original rubber feet missing, will be shipped with aftermarket ones.2 x 12'' JMI speakers; one is in original state and one is professionally reconed at some point. They both sound sweet ...My comments: Amazing sounding rig indeed. Effects are simply great; reverb is one of the best I have ever tried, tremolo is already legendary on these units, distortion is very Led Zep ... which I like a lot. The cabinet is very robust; made of thick wood, adding somewhat more character to the overall sound.A 3 way footswitch (in-house made) with heavy duty aluminum casing and 5m cable for remote operation of effects is also included ...Status the knobs, replaced voltage selector, and missing original power lead are considered during pricing.Very heavy rig ... 40 kgs packed ... special discount received from FedEx for this unit ...Sale price will be quoted on legal documents.
