This is the complete package as it was originally sold. Everything is included. The power pack, the cords, the shock mount, the nylon bag that holds the mic and the aluminum case. It also has a second metal mount that the mic screws into. Everything works and has a great sound. I'm downsizing, so I'm going to let it go for a great price. Since it is used, I'm forced to sell 'as is.'
