The month of May is Bayou Bass anniversary month, Free Shipping on all Basses & Guitars, this month only!"Fiddler" is named for the fiddler crab which is so plentiful here on the Gulf Coast. The curved points on the bass mimic the shape of the fiddler crab's leg which they use to scurry across the sand.Constructed of 3 pieces of ash, and finished in a transparent burgundy stain, the beautiful grain of the wood literally jumps off the surface.It features a 34" scale fretless maple neck with an ovangkol fingerboard.There is a musicman style humbucking pickup and the controls are mounted on the back for ease of adjustment while playing.
