in good condition for its age, with normal playing wear, handling marks and other signs of agebeautiful wood grain on back
a slight pick guard checking (shrinkage) as commonly seen on vintage martinsthere was some work done on the bridge (bridge looks original); a mark underneath the bridge
extra strap button

low action- 3/32" string height at 12th string at low E1 11/16" nut widthminimal fret wear
there is plenty of room for saddle to be lowered
