Just like the real thing, the Custom Shop '60s Stratocaster pickups capture the sound of an electric guitar era gone by, giving you the pristine spank and sparkle of the genuine ax. The pickup design is accurate to the original, as far as materials and windings, producing a characteristically smooth, glassy tone. Under the hood, the Fender Custom Shop even replicated the finish undercoating and the crude pickup-wiring routing in the body. This Fender Custom Shop 1960 Stratocaster NOS features an alder body, '60s oval C shape maple neck, clay dot markers, and a rosewood fretboard. From the wood selection to the nitrocellulose finish, this guitar is a gorgeous re-creation of the real deal. You'll love the tone from the alder body and the smooth playing maple neck. The neck boasts a comfortable large mid-'60s oval shape, and a 7.25" radius and Vintage frets on the fretboard. This Strat features a Push/Push Bridge pickup switch. The push/push mini-switch on the volume knob on the Strat offers an even more versatile variety of pickup combinations, including the neck and bridge pickups together and all three pickups together. This Fender Stratocaster Custom Shop 60s is in excellent condition. This guitar has very minimal to no play time or play wear on it.
