I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THIS BEAUTIFUL GUITAR,HAVING PURCHASED IT NEW IN 2012.IT HAS BEEN WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.IT IS CONSTRUCTED WITH ALL SOLID WOODS INCLUDING A SELECT SPRUCE TOP AND MAPLE SIDES AND BACK,A MAPLE NECK AND EBONY FRETBOARD WITH DELUXE BIRD INLAYS.THE PICKUPS ARE PRS VERY POPULAR 53/10S. IT HAS BEEN VERY RECENTLY SET UP BY THE MOST PROMINENT LUTHIER IN MY AREA WITH PRS DGT 11-49 STRINGS. THE GUITAR PLAYS AND SOUNDS LIKE A DREAM.THE PICKUPS HAVE SOME SLIGHT OXIDATION AND THERE IS A TINY DING ON THE BINDING ON TJE LOWER BOUT.THE GUITAR HAS SOME NORMAL SIGNS OF BEING PLAYED BUT OVERALL IT IS NEAR MINT CONDITION.I HAVE TRIED TO SHOW EVERYTHING AS BEST AS POSSIBLE IN THE PHOTOS.I WILL SHIP TO LOWER 48 IN ORIGINAL PRS CARTON. MANUFACTURED IN STEVENSVILLE ,MD. USA
