I purchased the guitar new a few months ago and it has never been outside the house. I did shim the neck pocket in order to deck the bridge as I never use it. Also the head of the intonation screw on the G string is a bit stripped. Otherwise, the guitar is in near perfect condition in all areas. Comes with all case candy and extra strap.
