Hi, I listed this as used, but its basically un-played, other than to test, in fact the protective plastic is still on the pickups. I bought 4 of these when they first came out, all 1st run, and new, from American Musical Supply. I did make one mod to it though, "as a bonus" Ive added a laser etched, and painted pickgaurd. w/ Iommi,s facsimile signature on it. (I thought it looked pretty cool, its just an enlarged version of whats on the back of the neck) Ive also supplied a hard case for it. Its a generic one, and definitely has seen a lot of useage, but at least it provides some much needed protection for this guitar. As you know, these did "not" come with any case or bag, they just shipped in a cardboard box?! P.S, the last picture is of the little "Iommi" hand signed, authenticity booklet/card that comes with every Iommi guitar. So...... if you would like a showroom fresh 1st run Iommi SG, with custom pickgaurd and a case, here ya go. Great value and a great SG.
