This is a do it yourself kit I've put together so you can build your own custom vintage style Blackguard Broadcaster/ Telecaster guitar. I've chosen a fantastic body and neck combo made by the folks at Guitar Mill as well as all the vintage style Fender parts which are readily available online or here on ebay.How the project turns out is soley up to you and your skills-- I make no claims whatsoever as to the finished project but I can say truthfully that I made this exact project several years ago and came up with a terrific sounding instrument. You may need the advice and skills of your local guitar shop as there is some woodworking and electrical knowledge and soldering skills required! Anyway, here is a comprehensive list of what this kit includes:Fender Tele style, 1 piece, swamp ash body, weight 3.8 lbs. sealed and partially finished with the beginnings of some relicing and distress.....up to you to complete or strip and do your own.1 Fender bakelite pickguard with all screws1 set Fender vintage style 50's Nocaster pickups with hardware1 control plate with screws1 3way switch with screws and tophat2 pots, 1 volume, 1 tone, 2 knobs1 jack with all components and ferrule2 strap buttons w/screws1 Fender vintage style bridge w/ 3 brass saddles plus screws6 string ferrules....to install into body1 vintage Fender style maple neck (flamey peghead ) soft V profile, med frets, string tree, bone nut, tuners and screws, plus some repro decals. Neck has been sealed and has 2 coats of thin nitro lacquer plus a dusting of amber color.1 neckplate w/ 4 screws* you will need the white and black wire necessary to link up the jac to the control panel and 3 way switch.Your local hardware will have for sure or if you want vintage style cloth covered check your local guitar shop.* You will have to finish and glue the bone nut to your specs as well as select and purchase the strings you like in order to complete the guitar.
