Squier (by Fender) Jagmaster guitar- customised with EMG 81 Active Pickups, which have been professionally installed. (EMG 81's are a favourite with many hard rock/metal guitarists)The guitar has also been professionally set up, and has an action which lends itself easily to fast playing styles - it is very nice to play!The fretboard is rosewood, and is in near-mint condition. I bought this guitar back in 2003, but unfortunately, life's events have meant that it has hardly ever had much use. The neck is Maple.The body is Alder, and is finished in a Black Metallic Sparkle. The is a very small ding, to the top left of the front of the body - this is hardly noticeable, but I have included a photo on this listing, circling the position of it. The scratch plate has a couple of scratches near to the neck pickup - again, please see the photos.I have just replaced the battery which powers the active pickups.I have also just restrung the guitar with a new set of Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings, as seen in the photos (please note: these strings have already been put on the guitar - there is no extra set included with the guitar)Also included with the sale of this guitar will be the following parts (please also see photos):-The original, factory fitted Jagmaster Humbucker Pickups.The original Jagmaster volume and tone pots.a spare/extra set of EMG 81 volume and tone pots with battery connector and wiring.original Jagmaster tremelo bar.two EMG boxes (in which the EMG 81 originally came).EMG 81 Installation Instructions.Please contact me for any further information required.Thanks!!
