This is the real deal. It's seriously reliced, and lord knows how many gigs it's seen! The amp is in great working condition, 2 of the 3 transformers are original dating to 1965, the original speaker is also included (1965 Oxford). The caps have been replaced as well (this is pretty much mandatory with an amp this old). With humbuckers it starts breaking up at 3 and gets downright nasty at about 8. Use a db boost and you'll be in hog heaven! The amp has been well cared for by Powerage in Oakland, Ca. I have been using a different speaker for gigs and recording. The amp sounds great, just like a Princeton should sound! I'm selling because I moved and I have too many amps! I'm lowering the price due the relicing, although some folks would consider that a plus! Happy bidding folks!
