Up for auction is a Signature Kenny Wayne Shepherd guitar, with the very popular racing stripes, that has not been played much. The frets seem to be in really good condition (with the only barely noticeable fret wear i see is on the first few frets)and the neck and body is in amazing condition! Fabulous condition!!!! In addition, I have babied this guitar and kept it in its hard shell case (that I am selling with the guitar!) inside my air conditioned and heated home.Now that this guitar is not made anymore they are extremely rare and hard to find. I bought this guitar like new (new old stock) from an online store about a year ago and have only played it a handful of times :)During the time I have owned it I had a professional luthier do some pretty amazing and helpful upgrades to it. First off, sustain, clarity, and punch. I had a custom made bone nut created (and a set of 11 to 58's) (just like Kenny's guitars) installed and it professionally intonated and adjusted for a low to medium height. In addition, I had them install an FU tone brand (amazing top quality / go online and check it out) massive brass block for huge tone and a ton of sustain just like KWS and SRV. They also professionally installed high-grade shielding within the entire cavity to help minimize any possible noise and hum!! (Details shown in picture). In addition, the luthier installed multiple ground wire to minimize any possible of electrical issues. It all works great amazing and sounds amazing! It has great medium to low action but not too low, making it so you can still dig into the string bends, just like Kenny Wayne Shepherd, SRV, etc.The neck is amazing. Super smooth. Love the compound radius!! Not too small...not too big even for hands that are not too large, with a ton of sustain especially with the somewhat larger strings ;-)The tone is amazing! It screams those rockin' blues and rock n tool tunes!!!!It also comes with a NEW set of Earnie Ball power slinkys on the guitar (specially set up for 11 to 58 for a big huge tone especially on the low end...just like Kenny Wayne has his set up / but you can always change that if desired), original kws whammy bar, older model (but very nice) hard shell case, a little paperwork shown, and even a couple extra sets of Power Slinkys plus a TON of extra new loose strings (in their paper holders) that come from Power Slinky packages (shown in the picture) :) Plus I am including a Kenny Wayne Shepherd signature pick!Just all the strings and the signature kws pick alone is worth a bunch of money! ;-)This is an amazing deal!!!
