Rare 1961 Fender precision bass also known as P bass. The condition is excellent and all parts are original. The frets have minor where and tear but are in good shape with no fret buzz upon examination by a professional bass player. The bass weighs approximately 8.5 pounds. The pick up and bridge hard ware plates are original and come with the base. The original screws for the plates are lost. There are two fairly large dings on the front see pictures for details and regular paint chipping from time and used. There are no structural cracks outside of the paint. This bass sounds fantastic and still works beautifully. The hard case of course comes with the bass. It was my music professors bass he used for recording's and gigging back in the day.
