Fantastic early Ibanez shredder that sounds great. It also looks amazing as it's in pretty much the most classic colours for a 90s RG. The other great thing about this guitar is that it comes with almost all the extras - even if it has a few replacement parts on it at the moment, the originals are all included. This includes volume and tone knobs, mounting brackets and covers for pickups, backplate and Allen keys, and even the strap, which always went missing. And the original grey case too.
The only exception is the Seymour Duncan pickup in the bridge - the original has long gone, but won't be missed as it sounds phenomenal (besides, the originals easy and cheap to find). Made in 1990 in the Japan Fujigen factory, where ibanez premium models are still made. I think this was only the second year of production. Plays very nicely, again with all he features you want from a classic Ib shredder  - flat profile wizard neck, original Edge trem - and set up to play. One exception - been meaning to remount middle pickup in original cover as is slightly too low in current yellow one. Hardly any downsides. Is a player's guitar so has a few knocks and chips, and one of those bad trem-spring installation slip scratches, and a small cosmetic crack where mounting for the locking nut is. However these are not structural - cosmetic only.
A great guitar, but need to thin the herd as this hardly ever gets a work out. Don't think you'll regret buying this one if you're after a classic 90s RG shredder.
