For sale is this ultra-rare Gretsch 6128T Elliot Easton Signature Model Duo Jet in Cadillac Green. The 6128EE was designed by Elliot Easton (The Cars) with the idea of creating a Jet that could cover virtually any ground. This guitar is incredible, and has everything you want in a Jet plus some ultra-pro refinements: Sperzel Locking Tuners, 25” scale length, Tone Switch, Master Volume control with treble bleed, repositioned pickup selector switch, Ebony fingerboard, graphite nut, dual alnico high-sensitivity Filter’Trons, 50’s-style narrow headstock, and a Tune-o-Matic bridge. Additionally, this Gretsch is loaded with a Bigsby B7G tailpiece, which is incredibly stable! These Elliot Easton Duo Jets are pretty hard to come by, and are very rare in Cadillac Green. Comes with original hardshell case. This guitar has been played and does show signs of use (minor swirling, a small ding or two, some light worming on the back - see detailed photos), but is in overall excellent condition and plays and sounds fantastic!
