We are an authorized dealer of all the instruments and articles we sell and all instruments come with the full manufacturer's warranty. We extend a one-year guarantee on the instruments we sell. In practice what this means is that within one year of purchase if you have a problem with an instrument which we send to you, we can either: Have the problem rectified at a qualified repair facility near you and we pick up the bill.
