100% Functional and in EXCELLENT physical condition. There are some light surface scratches here and there around the outside of the enclosures (mostly on one side of each enclosure), but nothing too major. The finish to the top half of a side of each enclosure seems to be globby, as if something spilled on the original paint to make it look droopy, or perhaps it was repainted (see close up). One grill post is broken. Comes as shown. No other accessories are included.
