Description
Brand: Yamaha Model: AES 1500 B
Body Type: Semi-Hollow

Ultimate orange flame Yamaha --- oh baby, minty! This is the best guitar I've ever played hands down. The Japanese made a Gretsch and Gibson 335/9 KILLER with this one. They are no longer in production. Get it and keep it. You will LOVE it! Yamaha had push-push DiMarzio pups custom made for this model and they are so versatile, it's crazy. Any type of music sounds excellent! Only has light play wear. The gold hardware has tarnished a teeny bit with most on bridge. Personally, I'd just let it be since it has mojo and a classic vibe!! It has never been gigged with, always smoke-free. The B is for liscensed Bigsby tremelo. You could even on a roller bridge and the guitar would look as new! But it's not necessary because it already stays in tune well thanks to sweet tuners and a nice bone nut. My friends agree that the spruce block and sum of all these parts equals THE BEST guitar they have played! I can't speak highly enough about this guitar ... The case is original and in very good condition. You should get years of satisfaction from this one --- buy while you can! I hate to undercut and possibly devalue the market on this fabulous model, but I noticed the 1500B with trem is more rare and I'm pricing it to move. I have to because of mounting med bills. It's yours to gain! So sad to see this one go, but I have to. You will want to hold on to this one for dear life, I can tell you that. Seems like hyperbole? I know. But it isn't! This truly is THE GUITAR!!! ***Important, please read below for important clarification to my listing process: Due to my daughter needing an unplanned surgery, I have been left scrambling to sell off my guitar collection. I am not a shop, just a regular, fair, hard-working guy, who wants to deal with honest and fair-minded musicians. This is important because my process has been to get everything listed and then go back and clarify, explain in more detail, etc. I am working hard now to do just that and to give buyers all they need to have no mystery in making a great purchase! As such, if you see stock photos, it may be because I am still taking and uploading them. Descriptions are as accurate as I can make them, but if something seems off please let me know in case I made a mistake. Most importantly PLEASE, send me a message so I can clarify concerns before you buy. I'm sure neither of us can afford unnecessary shipping! Thus, I'd rather you wait to bid or buy until you've had me upload or send you at least a few high-res pictures and/or we've been in contact through eBay's message system. I will not sell outside of eBay, so please don't ask me to do that. My take is that it would be dishonest. Frankly, that's not how I roll! Please don't sweat the shipping! Likewise, please note that I'll only ship to the lower 48 and to buyers with reputable histories.
I try and ship within a couple business days, but usually the next day works out after payment.
I will try all the big three shippers and get the most economical price. I always pay for the best shipping padding, boxes and insurance (these are never costs I pass on to the buyer). Because of insurance coverage, the package will need to be sent to a valid postal address (no PO Boxes) and signed for. Must have valid phone number as well. I also estimate the weights a bit high in hopes that the calculated shipping will be even less when I ship it. Better safe than sorry! Bit naturally, all savings that are bound to happen in the shipping process will be again passed on to you, the buyer. Any questions, please contact me and thank you for looking! I really value your business!!
