Offered for sale is a Reynolds Contempora F/Bb Full Double French Horn made of nickel silver. The horn the horn is a 1960's vintage. It is lacquered, but, from years of use, about 60%0f the lacquer is intact.. I spent a good deal of time playing and examining this horn. The instrument is in GOOD condition! The horn is dent free and plays wonderfully. The horns dark, warm sound easily projects to the back of a large concert hall. The horn comes with a vinyl case that is also in very good condition. !ts asking price is $1,400.00. It is a superb value at that price.Returns of the instrument are accepted within 14 days of the instrument's arrival at the buyer's location. Return requests must be received in writing within the 14 day period, otherwise, the instrument shall be considered sold. The full selling price of the horn minus a 10% (of the instrument's selling price) restocking fee will be refunded, via Pay Pal, to the buyer upon the instrument's safe arrival at my shop in Baltimore. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways, to and from.The buyer shall pay a calculated, Federal Express shipping cost based on the size and weight of the item as well as the buyer's location. Maryland residents shall pay 6% Maryland sales tax. We accept Pay-Pal payments, only. All international shipments shall go through Ebay's international shipping center in Tennessee, USA. The shipping charge mentioned in the previous paragraph will get the item to Tennessee. From there to the international destination, Ebay will charge shipping and customs fees. Thank you.
