Considering its age this is in remarkable condition , very good to excellent . It shows signs of use but it has been really well cared for . These are often coming apart at the seams with rusted and tarnished metalwork but this is the opposite of . The sound box looks almost the same as the Vibrante , the tuners are engraved with hardened metal , the mother of pearl inlays are beautifully engraved , the tension hoop is slightly scalloped , all signs of a high end model close to the top of the range . It seems all original , the frets have some signs of wear but still have tons of life left in them . It plays really well with an easy action to a 1/2 inch bridge with a typical zither banjo tone . It has the serial number 5270(676 is below) on the peghead . THE CAMMEYER MUSIC & MANUFACTURING CO , SWALLOW ST LONDON W is stamped on the side of the heel . The case is old and may be original , very sound except the catches are failing , ideal for packing . There is a very large heavy key for tightening the vellum . Collection is the best option but it will be well packed if sent by Parcel24 . A rare find for a serious player or collector .
