Heavy Relic Fender USA American Special Stratocaster. The beautiful worn white over sunburst finish gives it that vintage look and feel of a road worn instrument. Hand finished with attention to detail in our North Georgia guitar shop. Many hours of hand painting, finishing and set up involved to make the appearance of years on tour. Features a high quality brand new Fender Licensed Birdseye neck with zero fret wear. The 22 frets have been leveled and polished to assure very smooth play. Pro set up with nice low action. Sealed, machined Gotoh style tuners that stay in tune. Comes with original USA Fender HSS pickups and electronics. Tone control electronics include Fender's Grease bucket tone circuit, when dialing down tone knobs, this circuitry rolls off high end without creating additional emphasis on bass, this helps to prevent muddy tone and creates sparkling clean tone and great overdriven sounds too. Texas special neck and middle pickups and a powerful "Atomic" bridge pickup. The electronics have been thoroughly cleaned, everything works and sounds great. Equipped with USA Fender vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge with whammy bar. Body measures 1 11/16" thick. Total guitar weight is 8.2 lbs. The modern C style neck measures 1 5/8" at nut and 2 3/16" at last fret with 9.5 radius. New Ernie Ball 10-46 strings. This guitar is intonated and ready to gig. Comes with plenty of dents, dings, blemishes, cracks, wear, scratches and rust! Made in the USA in 2010. Comes with nice used hard shell case.
