Mint!! Dead MINT unplayed condition with all original COA, paperwork, all case candy unopend and unused, and Custom case! Still has the plastic on the back plate and pick guard. This is the real deal! So gorgeous and so cool! Fender has a one of a kind style and this Clatpon Strat highlights it right! Just a stunning instrument! The quality is unmatched. The name Eric Clapton has been tied to Fender for decades and this guitar, a Masterbuilt signature Strat by Todd Krause would certainly be appreciated by Clapton himself especially since Krause builds Clapton's touring guitars. This is an instrument that can run the gamut from spanky cleans a la Lay Down Sally to the searing lead tones on the Journey Man record. The Mid Boost adds in a lot of output making the Noise Free Single Coil pickups sound like high output hum buckers. A factory installed 5 way switch gives you immediate access to all the quintessential Strat tones. A Factory Blocked Tremolo means the bridge comes essentially locked and will not 'vibrato'. Easily removed, though for normal Strat-trem functionality. The neck profile is a slender Soft V which is very easy on the hands. The 9.5" Radius allow for easy bending across the 22 Vintage Frets. The neck is finished with a satin urethane that is never sticky and simply will not slow you down no matter how sweaty your hands get. This guitar is finished in Pewter. Another less often seen color on the Clapton Model but that doesn't make it any less awesome!
