This is my 1969 Gibson Les Paul Standard.The good bits: One piece mahogany body, original hardware, all pots date 29th week of 1969, original lightweight aluminium tailpiece, nylon saddle bridge etc.Not as good bits: There were a lot of drugs around in the 70's.... and as such people thought it a good idea to modify their old Gibsons 🙈 the P90's were routed out and humbuckers installed (currently housing some Bareknuckle VHII's providing a real hot PAF vibe, & sound amazing) the neck has been shaved down to a much slimmer skinny 60's profile, there was a small crack repair (solid since the 80's) on the back of the neck, the top has been refinished. Comes with a non original Gibson Customshop Lifton reissue brown/pink case.In original condition these are £10k-£12kThe price reflects the player grade & work carried out on her in the past, not looking for trades, but would consider other Gibson guitars only if push comes shove! This is an amazing looking & sounding vintage Gibson, at less than any of the customshop reissues!
