Pre-Owned 2004 Gibson USA Memphis ES335 Dot in Lightburst finish and flame body. Upgraded with DiMarzio Custom EJ pickups. Excellent condition with original hard case.This 2004 Gibson ES335 Dot is a particularly impressive example featuring a desirable flame maple body and an attractive Lightburst finish. It has a comfortable '59 rounded mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard and classic dot inlays. Grover tuners; ABR/Stopbar. The pickups have been upgraded with DiMarzio EJ (Eric Johnson) Custom humbuckers. These have less power and much more treble response than "vintage type" humbuckers. The treble response is comparable to that of typical single-coils, but since bass response is still very solid, they are not thin-sounding. They are outstanding for chordal and finger-picking, and have exceptional definition for soloing, even with extreme amounts of distortion. Includes original hard case.Condition: Excellent with only minimal superficial signs of use.
