This is a killer 1956 Les Paul Custom, and easily the best guitar I have ever personally owned - and I have owned a lot of great vintage guitars. Looks to be all original. There are two small holes on the face of the guitar, and three by the strap button on the bottom where someone must have installed a bigsby at one point. But since the guitar is black, they don't really stick out unless you really catch them in the right light, and it gives the guitar character. Not sure if the tailpiece is original or not, but it looks pretty original. Guitar weighs between 8 1/2 and 8 3/4 lbs, which is a great weight for these guitars. Most are at least 9lbs plus! The pickups smoke in this thing. Guitar comes with original yellow lined case.
