ACCORDING TO THE PICKUPS this is a 1984 but I am uncertain as to what model.I bought it without a truss rod cover. I obtained a SG1000 plate but the holes wouldnt line up...So I tried a few off of mine and they wouldnt line up either.....I didnt want to drill any holes....So with that being said it maybe an SBG....I do know that its at least an SG1000 or greater than that judging from the headstock.This guitar is above average condition. I took some added pics around the headstock because thats where most of the scratches are from leaning up against stuff....you guys already know thatOther than the truss rod cover missing it has a slightly noticable mark like buckle rash. This is NO fret wear and the neck is as straight as an arrow. Electrics all work and the sound is awesome!!!...33 year olds these guitars are only going up in price and this one is in fantastic shape!!!..Judging from the rest of the higher end SG's on here this should go over a dime.....so thats reserve....if it sells I will pack this bullet proof....shipping is $75 CONUS.....sorry no case.....I need one for my SG1500....IF ANYONE can figure out what model this is from the serial number please let me know...I'D appreciate it
