Very sad to be selling my 2004 Fender Japan '52 Telecaster in absolutely brilliant condition. You really won't be disappointed with this lovely guitar. It's substantial without being a boat anchor, and has the range of tones that we all dream about in a Telecaster. In fact I owned an American '52 re-issue a year or two back and was pretty unenthusiastic about it's shrill thin tones. This one is streets better....and a higher quality build too. As usual....being a Tele it does everything from biting chicken pickin' on the bridge, through jangly Americana noises on both pickups combined to warm jazz blues on the neck pickup alone. It comes with a brand new quality Soundsation gigbag that has 30mm padding....these bags are amazing value....no need for a hard case.The neck is a chunky handful definitely, like a real '52, and won't appeal to lovers of thin whizzy Ibanez type necks, but if that's what you like you won't be reading this !Snap it up while you can as I may even change my mind and decide to keep it if I can ride out the current financial storm.
