Original vintage pickups from a 1967 Fender Precision Bass. These are known as "Blackback" pickups and are found in guitars as far back as 1965 (maybe earlier). They sound amazing- possibly the best sounding precision bass pickups ever made--very fat, beefy, but clear and woody. You cannot replicate the sound of old pickups like this, and they are worth every penny. They measure out at 11.8k and come with the original screws, which are not stripped, but should be used with care. The original owner extended the leads a bit, as seen in the photos. But the original cloth wires are there- one yellow and one greenish one. These are delicate parts while removed from the instrument, so please handle them with care. They are at least 50 years old now. Sold as working pickups guaranteed to not be DOA, but with no extended warranty, please hire a professional to handle and install these if you are unsure about how to properly install them. thanks!
