Better than New!! Ibanez does beautiful work on design and aesthetics, but set up is usually sub-par even on the higher end guitars, like this one. Needed everything done by luthier: pickup heights, action, truss rod, fret leveling. Also treated fret board with professional grade fret oil (not the store brand, it last for life of guitar). It plays and sounds wonderful, stays in tune/intonation, sustains, no fret buzz even down neck. Finish is flawless, no dings. Been in case. If need more photos, I can provide. But, it's 100% perfect.
