Bargain late model L-8! It is!Yamaha traditional L series. Started in 1974, the L series is a series of Yamaha tradition that supports the center axis of Yamaha's current acoustic guitar, after many minor changes, while sending many instruments to the world.This arrival is L-8 made in 1979. Among the L series at the time, it is a specification called a middle type machine, so called late type, but it is a beautiful article with little scratches on the whole!Spruce veneer TOP, Parisundre SIDE, Parisundre veneer BACK, mahogany NECK, Parisundre fingerboard & bridge, Yamaha original Western body of 44 mm nut, 651 mm scale actually measured.Sound is a splendid L sound! Yamaha seems to be sticky and sounds are rising, and it is a fancy sound that is quite open, if you flutter with a flat pick, you can sounder a powerful sound at a slightly noisy place.Even if you plucked with a finger, the impression that it was pretty flashy with the sound that it was glittering with the edge standing. Mild and sensitive delicate sound. . . Although it is not, even with flat picks and fingers, you can enjoy the sound with Yamaha 's presence!Condition of the instrument, although there is peg change, scratches etc. are few, it is a pretty beauty goods condition!Although there are some rice grain large scissors and a few scratches can be confirmed, the paint burning is also small as a whole, and considering from the average condition of the same age, it is possible to say that it is almost as clean as possible I keep it.Peg is replaced with Grover 102C, but there is no change in screw position etc, so there is no discomfort in appearance.Neck condition is also good in general, the string height in the present condition is set to very easy to play, with the 6th string side on the 12 frets 2.2 mm, on the 1st string side about 2.0 mm.There is not much room in the saddle, but fine tuning of the string height seems to be good at the rod.Although frets are somewhat reduced centering on low frets, even in the area where they are decreasing the most, about 80% of the original height remains, so it is still safe yet.The case comes with a general-purpose hard case.Serial number: 91012
