Offered for sale are 4 stratocaster guitars commissioned by custom car builder Lonnie Gilbertson and built by Saul Koll. These are very unique, the flame layout was done by Master Pin striper Mitch Kim, Mitch also did all the pin stripe work and lettering. They were painted with house of color Kandy Apple paint in red, blue, and green. Then platinum pearl white flames where applied. Then Mitch stripped them, then they were clear coated and polished to perfection. Saul Koll, then custom built the neck and enlaid the flames, on the red and green guitar the flames on the neck where outlined in real gold wire to simulate the striping on the bodies. All guitars are wired with silver wire and have push pull knobs to put them out of faze, all guitars have Lindy Fralin pickups. The red, the green, and the black all have LED lights enbedded in the neck, they are powered with rechargable batteries hidden inside the bodies, each of these guitars have their own battery charger. The black guitar is built as a baratone, I named this guitar the devil woman, the art work was airbrushed by a local artist and then covered with clear to protect it. When these guitars were built new, they were loaned to blues artist Jim Mesi, who played them for a few years. These guitars are NOT real fenders, they are all after market parts built by a professional. They are offered for sale as one lot, as I do not want to break them up. The asking price is less than the cost to build. I will have them packed for safe shipping, actual shipping cost to be paid for by the buyer.
