Here's a reissue of the classic 1962 Precision Bass via the American Vintage series, built in 2012. The bass has a 3-tone sunburst finish over an alder body with a "C" shaped maple neck and rosewood fretboard. A single split-coil pickup keeps the low end well defined and the control layout nice and simple, just as Leo intended it.
