Estimated price for orientation: 999 $

Class:
Description Brand: Gibson Dexterity: Right-Handed Model: Bass V String Configuration: 5 String Body Type: Solid Country/Region of Manufacture: United States
I have for sale a very rare 1987 Gibson "V" 5 string bass. These models were only made for 2 years in the late 1980's so there are only very few of them still around. The "V" utilized the same pickups and electronics as the Thunderbird basses and shared the headstock of the Flying V basses. The body and neck are mahogany. This bass is completely original except 1 tuner has been replaced and the plastic truss rod cover is missing. The pickups and electronics are completely untouched and original, as well as the bridge, nut, frets, etc. The case is also the original Gibson USA hardshell case that originally came with the bass. Keep in mind, this bass has its fair share of play wear, but it functions flawlessly and will make someone a sweet instrument! It is hard to explain, but this bass is perfectly worn in all the right places. I really like this bass, but I am trying to thin the herd a bit, so she has to go. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have!
