1996, made in Westerley, RI, USAVintage 1996 Guild F4-CE, with Fishman Prefix Pro preamplifier. Includes original Guild hardshell caseThis guitar has been gigged regularly, but has been well cared for. There is a little pick wear on the bass side between the bridge and soundhole, and by the pickguard. When I acquired it there had been something (possibly a crucifix or sword symbol) glued to the headstock which the previous owner removed, leaving some glue residue (see pic)
At some point the guitar received some remiedial work to correct a shallow neck angle. This was done to a professional standard, resulting in a comfortable playing action, with enough break at the saddle to adjust lower if required. Frets were dressed recently by a professional guitar repairerFrom the 1999 Guild catalog:
