Vintage 1968 Gibson Les Paul Custom Electric Guitar. A great playing and sounding 60's Les Paul Custom for a great price. Has a slim and wide neck that plays great all the way up and down. It has been refretted so the frets are nice and smooth. Has a tight, quick feel in every position, really plays like a dream. The neck pickup is an original patent sticker and it sounds amazing. It has an incredibly warm, round tone. Has a really fat bass response while still staying clear and defined. It The bridge pickup is a vintage Seymour Duncan JBJ and it sounds great too, offering up a crisp, glassy treble that is full bodied and thick. Excellent playing condition with signs of normal honest cosmetic wear. The body of the guitar has been refinished natural. The bridge pickup has been replaced as previously noted. Pots are original and date to 68, the bridge is original but 3 saddles have been replaced. There is a very small repair on the neck just behind the nut near the high e string, it looks like a chip of wood came off and it was filled or repaired. It was a pro job and you don't notice at all while playing and it is totally stable. Priced accordingly to condition and originality. This is a real find if you want a great playing Les Paul for a great price. Don't miss it.Comes in the original hard shell case.
Guitar is exactly as pictured.
