1925 CG Conn New Wonder Tenor Saxophone Vintage CG Conn New Wonder Tenor Saxophone This Vintage CG Conn New Wonder Tenor Saxophone has a serial number of 139xxx which puts it’s production date around 1925. It is a beautiful silver plate model with a gold washed bell which is in pretty good condition overall. All the keys seem to move freely with no heavy binding or damage noticed. The pads look pretty good but there are several minor leaks throughout the instrument which keeps it from playing throughout the range with ease. The saxophone can be played about 80% as is, but it will need some adjusting to be fully playing. This saxophone is over 90 years old so an experienced tech is must if you have it serviced, but considering it’s that old, it has fared well over the years. Sold as is. Comes with the original vintage Conn case which is in OK condition. The neck looks good with no evidence of past repairs or pull downs. No mouthpiece included.
