This is a tube mic with a power source capable of switch to 9 directional patterns dynamically. The microphone is in pristine condition, used lightly and excellent for sung and spoken vocals. Can also be used effectively for strings (cello especially) and as a room mic. The included cable runs from the power box to the mic. Another XLR cable is required to run from the box to your audio interface. As in most condensers, needs phantom power.
