It resides in the New York City residence where all New York Philomusica rehearsals are held. It has been tuned regularly and has a “damp-chaser,” protecting the sounding board from stress caused by temperature and humidity fluctuations. The trap work and pedal mechanism is also in top condition. The finish of the cabinet and overall appearance is excellent.
