STEVE VAI PERSONALLY OWNED 1962-1963 CHET ATKINS TENNESSEAN GUITARWe are proud to offer Steve Vai's personally owned 1962-1963 Chet Atkins guitar that we acquired directly from Steve Vai. We are huge Vai fans as he and his crew have been so gracious to us these past few months with another very special 1991 Ibanez JEM that he doodled on and signed for us (keeping that in our personal collection). This Gretsch is a special one that features a maple body and bound rosewood fingerboard with a Bigsby vibrato. The pickups are a Lindy Fralin P-90 in the bridge position and a P-90 pickup that came out of a 1957 ES-175 in the neck position. This one really is a beautiful one, plays as nice as it looks.
