Up for sale is a very nice les paul standard. The only reason I'm selling it is because it doesn't get used anymore and I would rather have the money. The main picture you see was from several years ago when I had put black knobs on the volume and tone pots. I included the picture because it really shows off the flame top. I later decided to put the original amber knobs back on. The only thing that isn't original on the guitar now is the strap buttons. I have always put strap loks on my electric guitars. I tried to show the defects which mainly consist of indention's where the guitar got bumped on something. Also, you can see the input jack cover is cracked on one corner from being over tightened. There is a little bit of fret wear, but it's really only noticeable on the first three frets. You can see the wear on the pickups, bridge, and tailpiece. Obviously, none of these little annoyances will affect the functionality of the instrument. It just makes it less pretty. The functionality by the way is excellent. I've never had a problem with the tuning, electronics, action, etc. This really is a great guitar. I've owned a few Epiphones in my time and they just don't quite compare to the Gibson experience. I know I'll regret selling it, but my loss is your gain.All the things that are included in this auction are as follows; guitar, case, strap, original strap buttons, two truss rod wrenches, extra truss rod cover (that says "Standard" on it), and black volume and tone knobs.
