Attention vintage Pearl drum fans.Classic set of Pearl vintage drums finished in original red sparkle -- made in Japan from the 1980s.In excellent condition -- case kept and in warm/dry storage for the past many years and seldom played. Veery clean finish and chrome hardware.In their day these were the best series of drums produced by Pearl.All drum have mahogany shells with excellent exteriors, interiors, bearing edges and chrome hardware. A few minor scuffs on the finish of the drums from routine use, and on the bass drum hoops. The drums produce a warm, woody tone, characteristic of classic vintage drums from this era. 22 round x 14 inch deep kick drum -- 10 lugs per side. 1960s era. Original hoops with red sparkle inlay, legs, tension rods and claws, rail mount/tom post, and very hard to find original bass drum mounted cymbal arm with tilter. The drum even has its original Lyle coated batter and resonate heads. Original Pearl script logo badge. 13 round x 9 inch deep mounted tom -- 6 lugs per side. 1960s era. Original lugs, stick saver style hoops and tom mounting sleeve. Original working muffler and control dial included. Upgraded clear heads in great shape. Original Pearl script logo badge.16 round x 16 inch deep floor tom on legs -- 8 lugs per side. Original lugs, legs, hoops and leg mounting ports. The original muffler and control dial are missing -- can be easily replaced for $25 or less. Remo clear heads. Very clean finish. This is an early 1970s drum -- the original badge is missing. Red sparkle finish is same color as the rest of the drums. Matching 1960s era 14 x 5 inch snare drum, 10 lugs per side. Top line drum with parallel tension controls, original stick saver style hoops, original working muffler. Snare wires have been replaced and the drum has been refitted with pro level clear heads. Amazing drum with exceptional tone.
