Hi. I have a Yamaha AW2400 for sale.  The highest end self-sustaining DAW that Yamaha made (I believe).  This unit is so clean you can eat on it (but I wouldn't-- and I don't smoke either-- for what its worth).   Truthfully, I bought it about 2 years ago from a guy who worked at Yamaha. (I spent hours searching for one in good clean condition). The  guy  I bought it from said it had very little use (and  home studio only), and from the looks of it, I think he was telling the truth.  All functions work fine and the recording quality is great. I had bought it to get back to the analog feel (away from strictly computer stuff ) but never had time to really learn this unit.  I have to recognize I'm a professional procrastinator and will keep putting off the learning time, so I give up.   I've probably had it on for literally 2 hours since I bought it and it has been covered ever since.  I chose this one because of the specs, which you can check out on-line with a bit of research like I did. Read the specs (see below). What this one has, in addition to standard ins and outs, are digital ins and outs.  None of the other ones with all the other high specs, have that. You can record stuff and then transfer the wave files into a Pro Tools or whatever, digitally.  You can also go in through another preamp with digital outs and record into this one through the digital ins. However the analog ins sound great too just the way they are.I ordered an extra manual so I could scribble in it (which I never did), so you get 2 manuals. There may be a best offer option here, but please ignore. This is a "buy it now" and I can't get rid of the best offer tab. Shipping is $65 but I can do free local pickup if you're in the LA area.
(I'll ship  either UPS ground or Fedex ground)
I'll pack it well-- a good box, wrapped in bubble wrap, etc.  Insured also.
No sales outside the US.... too complicated. For specs, just google "AW2400 specs"  and look on Yamaha's legacy site. It will probably be the first google selection to pop up.  The specs are all listed there.  There used to also be a guy a Yamaha who would help you on the phone with tech/operations questions on this unit. Don't know if he's still there. Thanks for looking.
