Highest end Grover Vintage Butter bean 1931 to 1934 no Ferrules no screws. These are the rarest of the rarest Grovers, as used on Martins and other high end guitars. A very rare set of individual Grover tuning machines from the early 1930's. Suitable for restoring your vintage Martin acoustic guitar. Complete set of six tuners in good working condition with no bent shafts. "GROVER" is engraved on the baseplates, and the edges are beveled. The photos will show you the side of the buttons. Model number is G98, these are from circa 1931-34. Some people call them "clipped plate" tuners because of the shape of the base plate.
