In great shape. While it does suffer from the jumpy encoder issue common with these, it otherwise functions perfectly. The up and down buttons can usually be used when programming to avoid the encoder issue. It can also be upgraded to the PE version or cleaned out with deoxit, which I've heard resolves the problem temporarily.
