Please email prior to bidding Great pair of original GOLD Trim Auratone 5C Real World Sound Cube monitor speakers in Good shape-considering their age. The cabinets are in Good shape all the way around as pictured, there are some marks from use but very few. They function as they should and sound very good for Auratones. Drivers look great. Tested and function perfectly, Please inspect the pictures. Banana Plug or screw type for wire connections. Just want the buyer to be sure of what they are receiving. Excellent for Music, Post TV and Film productions. They work well as they are expected. Excellent monitors for placing the vocal correctly and effects saturation in your audio mixes. Great companion to fine tune your mix from Yamaha NS10 speakers or any other large format mixing speakers. 25 - 50 watt rated use according to Jack Wilson last we spoke but according to the vintage literature is states 3 - 30 watt. If using an amp of more power capabilities it is best to have some sort of speaker protection such as a speaker switch that can turn them off before power up and power down of your amp as well as setting your mains on the mixer.Last 4 photos for reference only. "MONO MIXING" is when you pan your two signals (Stereo) to one speaker to check if the phasing is correct and that the instruments or voice isn't vanishing and or compromised when your CD is played on an AM station or single speaker radio. Also when your mix is out of phase the woofer speakers will move further than necessary over working them and on High powered systems such as concert system speakers can cause them to prematurely blow and generally piss someone off. The more power the easier some things will blow or fry when a mix is out of phase..Professional consultation provided with any purchase of pro studio gear when requested.
