This AIRLINE Tuxedo is designed after the Barney Kessel model from the mid 1950's and sold under the brands of KAY and AIRLINE. This AIRLINE® TUXEDO is a full hollow body design, light wieght and versatile with a tonal palette suitable from JAZZ to PUNK. Original Barney Kessel models now sell for $3,000-$5,000.I play keyboard in a band and purchased this guitar as I wanted to start learning. I have never got around to it and have decided to stick with the keys. Tommy TuTone came through Amarillo and my buddy got this autographed for me. You know, he's the guy that sang 867-5309. I have no way to prove the autograph is real or authentic, other than why would anyone lie about a Tommy TuTone autograph...lol! I am not factoring the autograph into the price and associate no value with it. But I do think it is pretty cool and I promise he really did sign it. I only played this guitar a couple of times, other than that it has just sat in my climate controlled office in its case. The case is included. This guitar new with case is over $1000.
