This guitar is special. Sounds and plays incredible! One of the easiest to play guitars I've owned. Action is superb! The mahogany wood gives it a nice full, rich sound that fills up the room. Great Harmonics. Neck is straight as an arrow. I'm amazed at how this guitar stays in tune. I say its near to mint condition - with 3 tiny, tiny, tiny nicks on the top spruce wood, this guitar is 20 years old, has aged beautifully and has not been played very much.
