What makes this guitar special: 100% original & finished in a super cool Sienna Sunburst, the Strat Elite was only made for a brief period between '83 & '84. Features include active electronics & noise-cancelling pickups with push buttons instead of a 3-way switch; Elite script logo on a four-bolt neck plate. The guitar is in perfect working condition & has been professionally set up by our own luthier with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!Cosmetic Condition: Pretty good shape for its age, but does show signs of some play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. One of the tone knobs is missing its cap & rubber surround, however, all electronics are in perfect working condition. Neck: Flat, wide profile maple neck with rosewood fingerboard & cream dot inlays. Frets show some light wear & have plenty of life in them. Fender sealed tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition. Neck date reads SEP 1983.Body: Contoured, solid ash body in Sienna Sunburst finish. Top-loading tremolo bridge with adjustable saddles & original trem arm included. 3-ply white pickguard is in great shape with no cracks & has aged nicely into more of a parchment color. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 10.3 oz.Pickups: Three noise-cancelling pickups each with its own on/off push button. Active electronics powered by a single 9-volt battery. Master volume & dual tone controls. All electronics are in perfect working condition.Case: Fender tweed hardshell case included.
