It is used, it is good condition, and just best C12a you ever met! And that's why:- This microphone uses a C12 schieme with original, brass ck12 capsule, but nuvistor based.No need to describe you how sounds the vintage AKG C12- The ck12 capsule was tested with LCR meter and shows 81/83pf side to side, which is just perfect.It was never reskinned or maraudered, and sounds gorgeous!Not all of C12a mics sounds as good as they should, because of electrical problems...But this one is well-groomed, and will wonder you.- It uses Soviet nuvistor tube inside, which is not usual for AKG, but was selected by our professors, they found worlds best tube nuvistor, and it sounds much and much better than any other nuvistors.(original RCA nuvistor included in this sale, It's plug and play, so when you get it, you can check that difference by changing nuvistors). This tube is just musical!- This Microphone electrically is all factory condition.It's checked and completely tested.- Power suply is original, was always servised by our tech's, shows all factory parameters and has original components inside.It's callibrated to 5volt nuvistor heat.All patterns receives correct voltage, and works as should.- Best of our microphones.- Optically all details are presented in the photos.We sell it with tears in eyes, but we need to invest to our second business..It was used on drums, rooms, vocals, and was best for cellos..Will be professionally packed!
