Die ersten Bilder zeigen ein Beispiel eines Kopfstückes ohne Mundlochplatte in Grenadill, die letzten drei Bilder sind Beispielbilder meiner Arbeiten mit Mundlochplatte.
Da es kaum Farbvariationen gibt bei Grenadill, wird Ihr persönliches Kopfstück dem abgebildeten sehr ähnlich sein...
Kopstücke mit Mundlochplatte, wie auf den darauf folgenden Bildern zu sehen, werden ausschließlich auf Bestellung gebaut. Preise auf Anfrage!Da bei einem Holzkopfstück die Mundlochplatte zumeist nicht "modelliert" ist, wie dies bei einem Silber/Neusilber/Gold Kopfstück der Fall ist, fühlt sich ein von mir gefertigtes Holzkopfstück ohne Mundlochplatte sehr ähnlich an, wie eines mit Mundlochplatte.

Kopfstücke mit Sterling Silber Montur in Grenadill, Europäischem Buchsbaumholz, Königsholz, Rosenholz, Palisander, Pink Ivory oder Mopani Holz werden nach Ihren Maßangaben gebaut. (siehe Beispielbilder!) Bei Interesse, einfach eine Anfrage via Ebay senden!
Ebay Kopfstücke werden mit einem Zapfenaußendurchmesser von 19.7mm gefertigt, passend für Yamaha und Jupiter und ähnliche Flöten.
Das Kopfstückmaß beträgt vom Ende Zapfen bis Mitte Mundloch 150mm nnd der Zapfen selber ist 40mm lang. Der Außendurchmesser des Zapfens beträgt 19.7mm.Sollten die (Kopfstück)maße Ihrer Flöte von diesem Maßen grundlegend abweichen, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte VOR dem Kauf. Ich akzeptiere keine Rückgaben, weil vor dem Kauf nicht nachgemessen wurde. Kleinere Abweichungen bezüglich Außendurchmesser des Zapfens können beim Flötenbauer (durch geringfügiges Abschleifen und Polieren) angepaßt werden. Ansonsten hilft ein kleines Stück Tesafilm, falls das Kopfstück ein wenig zu locker sitzen sollte. Anpassungen (falls notwendig) vor Ort des Käufers!
Die Gelegenheit ein handgefertigtes Kopfstück zu erwerben, das Ihre Silberflöte wie eine Holzflöte klingen läßt, aber ohne die hohen Kosten und die Probleme einer Holzflöte. Ein Holzkopfstück (zumeist heutzutage auch nicht mehr handgefertigt sondern auf unpersönlichen CNC Maschinen hergestellt!) ist normalerweise nicht unter 1000,- Euro erhältlich! Hier also die Möglichkeit, zu einem erschwinglichen Preis ein von einem Flötenbauer individuell, handgefertigtes Kopfstück zu erstehen. Hier ein wenig Feedback zu meinen Kopfstücken:

Der Klang deines Kopfes (Grenadill / CONSERVATORIO) ist äusserst angenehm, lieblich weich mit genügend Obertönen und doch genügend "kernig", um auch im Forte Volumen und Farbe zu haben. Der Klang ist wirklich schön, passt genau zu den Frühlingsfarben in Wald und Wiese... Habe heute ein Ch. Jäger - Holzkopfstück zum Vergleich spielen können. Auch schön, aber ich hab nach wenigen Minuten wieder zu "deinem" gewechselt. Also, ganz herzlichen Dank für deine tolle Arbeit F. I've been playing for around 30 years and I've tried many different flutes and headjoints. The combination of my Miyazawa flute and your headjoint gives me by far the sweetest sound I've ever managed to produce in the 2nd and 3rd octaves, and the bottom octave sounds wonderfully dark and woody! Olivenholz und Mopani Holz sind hypoallergene Hölzer. Im Falle einer bekannten Allergie auf Palisanderarten (incl. Grenadill!) können diese Hölzer in Betracht gezogen werden. Auch Pink Ivory, Buchsbaum und Ebenholz sttellen eine mögliche Alternative dar.

Ferrules and tenon are made from German Silver- handcrafted by German flute maker Eva Aralikatti ->>> without lip plate <<<
This wooden headjoint for silver flute will be handcrafted for you in carefully seasoned Blackwood. The crown, will be made from Blackwood as well and can be sent to you with or without ornamental turning, whichever way you prefer. The headjoint will feature a mid to large size embouchure hole with a medium high riser for easy playability and a warm, rich sound with plenty of overtones. This will be a versatile headjoint with moderate resistance, for those of you who have been asking me for a headjoint entirely without lip plate.
The tenon on this headjoint should fit a Yamaha or Jupiter etc. size flute tenon (19.7mm) without much adjustment necessary. If needed, the headjoint tenon can be adjusted (by sanding down / polishing) by a woodwind technician. These adjustments need to be done on the customer´s side!Please note, that tenon size can only be made to fit your particular flute accurately, if you especially order a headjoint from me and send in/bring your flute for fitting. Headjoints sold on Ebay are "as is". In case the tenon should be slightly too loose, a small piece of sello tape on the headjoint tenon usually does the trick.Please also note, that most flutes like Yamaha or Jupiter measure 150mm from tenon end to mid embouchure hole! The tenon itself is usually 40mm in length. If your flute has radically different measurements, please do contact me BEFORE buying a headjoint. I do not accept any returns, because it was not known to the customer that your flute radically differs from these measurements!
Please note: My headjoints do not come with a warranty except explicitly stated in the auction text or in your invoice, as this is just not feasible in a lower price range. If you would like a headjoint with a warranty, please consider a custom made headjoint like the CONSERVATORIO or ELEGANTIA, or the ARTISTICO by agreement). In the very unlikely case there should indeed be a crack developing (this can usually be avoided by slow and careful playing in!), I will of course aim to repair, where possible. Die ersten Bilder zeigen ein Beispiel eines Kopfstückes ohne Mundlochplatte in Grenadill, die letzten drei Bilder sind Beispielbilder meiner Arbeiten mit Mundlochplatte.
Da es kaum Farbvariationen gibt bei Grenadill, wird Ihr persönliches Kopfstück dem abgebildeten sehr ähnlich sein...
Kopstücke mit Mundlochplatte, wie auf den darauf folgenden Bildern zu sehen, werden ausschließlich auf Bestellung gebaut. Preise auf Anfrage!Da bei einem Holzkopfstück die Mundlochplatte zumeist nicht "modelliert" ist, wie dies bei einem Silber/Neusilber/Gold Kopfstück der Fall ist, fühlt sich ein von mir gefertigtes Holzkopfstück ohne Mundlochplatte sehr ähnlich an, wie eines mit Mundlochplatte.

Kopfstücke mit Sterling Silber Montur in Grenadill, Europäischem Buchsbaumholz, Königsholz, Rosenholz, Palisander, Pink Ivory oder Mopani Holz werden nach Ihren Maßangaben gebaut. (siehe Beispielbilder!) Bei Interesse, einfach eine Anfrage via Ebay senden!
Ebay Kopfstücke werden mit einem Zapfenaußendurchmesser von 19.7mm gefertigt, passend für Yamaha und Jupiter und ähnliche Flöten.
Das Kopfstückmaß beträgt vom Ende Zapfen bis Mitte Mundloch 150mm nnd der Zapfen selber ist 40mm lang. Der Außendurchmesser des Zapfens beträgt 19.7mm.Sollten die (Kopfstück)maße Ihrer Flöte von diesem Maßen grundlegend abweichen, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte VOR dem Kauf. Ich akzeptiere keine Rückgaben, weil vor dem Kauf nicht nachgemessen wurde. Kleinere Abweichungen bezüglich Außendurchmesser des Zapfens können beim Flötenbauer (durch geringfügiges Abschleifen und Polieren) angepaßt werden. Ansonsten hilft ein kleines Stück Tesafilm, falls das Kopfstück ein wenig zu locker sitzen sollte. Anpassungen (falls notwendig) vor Ort des Käufers!
Die Gelegenheit ein handgefertigtes Kopfstück zu erwerben, das Ihre Silberflöte wie eine Holzflöte klingen läßt, aber ohne die hohen Kosten und die Probleme einer Holzflöte. Ein Holzkopfstück (zumeist heutzutage auch nicht mehr handgefertigt sondern auf unpersönlichen CNC Maschinen hergestellt!) ist normalerweise nicht unter 1000,- Euro erhältlich! Hier also die Möglichkeit, zu einem erschwinglichen Preis ein von einem Flötenbauer individuell, handgefertigtes Kopfstück zu erstehen. Hier ein wenig Feedback zu meinen Kopfstücken:

Der Klang deines Kopfes (Grenadill / CONSERVATORIO) ist äusserst angenehm, lieblich weich mit genügend Obertönen und doch genügend "kernig", um auch im Forte Volumen und Farbe zu haben. Der Klang ist wirklich schön, passt genau zu den Frühlingsfarben in Wald und Wiese... Habe heute ein Ch. Jäger - Holzkopfstück zum Vergleich spielen können. Auch schön, aber ich hab nach wenigen Minuten wieder zu "deinem" gewechselt. Also, ganz herzlichen Dank für deine tolle Arbeit F. I just wanted to let you know that I tried my new headjoint (Kingwood / STUDIOSO no lip plate) yesterday evening...I love it!!! I've been playing for around 30 years and I've tried many different flutes and headjoints. The combination of my Miyazawa flute and your headjoint gives me by far the sweetest sound I've ever managed to produce in the 2nd and 3rd octaves, and the bottom octave sounds wonderfully dark and woody! Meine Kopfstücke werden mit Mandel- oder Leinöl behandelt. Bei bekannter Allergie, bitte setzen Sie sich in Verbindung mit mir, damit ich Ihnen ein Kopfstück bauen kann, für das Mineralöl verwendet wird.
Olivenholz und Mopani Holz sind hypoallergene Hölzer. Im Falle einer bekannten Allergie auf Palisanderarten (incl. Grenadill!) können diese Hölzer in Betracht gezogen werden. Auch Pink Ivory, Buchsbaum und Ebenholz sttellen eine mögliche Alternative dar.
